JJ Moore to Pittsburgh

The Panthers have added one of the most sought after wings in the class of 2010. JJ Moore has decided to use National Signing Day as a platform to announce that he will attend the University of Pittsburgh. JJ is the 33rd ranked player in his class and the 6th ranked small forward.
He had a monster summer playing for the New York Panthers and saw his stock skyrocket. He had been playing out of position at Brentwood, often asked to play center. Once the 6-6 wing was given the chance to play his natural position, the scouts took notice and the big name programs got involved.
JJ chose Pittsburgh over Louisville and St. John’s. He joins Hargrave’s Isaiah Epps, and Benedictine’s Cameron Wright in the Panthers 2010 class. Although they are currently in rebuild mode after losing both Levance Fields and DeJuan Blair, Jamie Dixon is putting together quite a rebuilding plan right now.
