Sullinger is the biggest man in the tournament, but has proven that he's more than just a wide load. What's been particularly impressive is his ability to take players off the bounce. His face up game is unbelievable for a young man known for his power game. He establishes fabulous low post position and has the patience to let the lane clear out before making his move. He's really a lot further ahead than Ohio State's latest one and done, BJ Mullens was at this point in his development.
The most physically imposing big man at the camp, Sullinger is a load in the paint. It’s tougher to judge big guys in a scrimmage like this because the guards rarely take the time to feed the post. When they did however, he showed quite a few different post moves. He showed off his very polished drop step as well as a very savy up and under. He rebounded well, and turned with his eyes up to make very nice outlets. He should be the next great center to suit up for Ohio St. and should be able to contribute immediately.
