Baylor vs. Kansas

Having sat out last season as a Michigan transfer, I had not seen much of Ekpe Udoh from his freshman season.  Tonight against Kansas was tough to evaluate Udoh, as he was in foul trouble for most of the night and had difficulty getting into a rhythym.  It was evident that Udoh's game is very fluid and I suspect his name to be mentioned as a late lottery consideration.  Udoh has great length and a long wingspane that allow him to protect the ball and create room on the offensive end.  Udoh scored with his back to the basket in the post, using turn around jumpers, and even hit the deep ball off of a screen and roll.  Ekpe was extremely aggressive and attacked the basket getting called for two offensive fouls.  For Udoh to transition into the league as an athletic power forward, his ballhandling is going to need some improvement.  Ekpe's dribbles seemed high and could have been the cause for the offensive fouls.
