With the NCAA tournament winding down, players who have been eliminated are starting to make their plans for next season. Over the next month or so Flagrant Fouls will be updating this page frequently to let you know which players have declared for the draft and hired an agent, which players are just testing the waters, and which players will remain in school. If a player does not appear on this list, it is because their intentions are not yet set in stone. Check back frequently for updates.
