FLAGRANT FOULS Kitchener/Waterloo ID Workout

Posted on 26. May, 2011 by Nolan Shulman in Canada Spotlight, High School, Strength/Conditioning, Tournaments

As the #1 talent evaluators for high school basketball players in Canada, Flagrant Fouls is holding an open basketball workout to identify talent and provide kids in the Kitchener and Waterloo area with an elite off season workout!

Players who attend the 3hr workout / workshop on June 12th at Forest Heights Collegiate will have the opportunity to take away an amazing basketball package designed and created by our Director of Skill Development, Kyle Julius.  Kyle has recently been training some of Canada's best young high school players on a regular basis. So far in the off-season, Kyle has designed workouts and trained elite players such as Kevin Pangos (Gonzaga commit), Andrew Wiggins (ESPN's #3 ranked 2014) and Duane Notice (2010 Jordan Brand Int'l Game MVP), Isaiah Watkins, Henry Tan, Troy Knight, Josh Bell, Connor Gilmore, Rayon Miller, and Daniel Dzierzawski.  He also works with elite CIS players such as Isaac Kuon (All-Canadian), Jay Mott (OUA All-Star), Duncan Milne (OUA All-Star), as well as Matt Curtis (German Pro League).

The main focus of the workout / workshop on June 12th is to create an awareness of how to properly train this off-season!  We also want players around the province to have a clear understanding of how Flagrant Fouls evaluates talent. The information and training package provided to the players on June 12th will allow them to work towards creating maximum exposure.

Together, Flagrant Fouls and Kyle Julius have designed one of the most difficult and skill testing workouts you will ever see. We call it the 250 TEST. This workouts has been used by men and women at every level across North America. The 250 is a grueling TEST WORKOUT we use to identify skill and toughness in a game like situation.  On June 12th we want the players who attend the workout to have a special 250 instructional walk through. Players who attend will be provided with the special 250 break down scoring system (value of $50), so they can practice and see where they measure up to some of the best high school players in the country.  Players such as Kevin Pangos, who scored a 218.
