Nike EYBL CIA Bounce/Team Takeover Canada Roster

Posted on 17. Mar, 2011 by Nolan Shulman in Canada Spotlight, High School, Media, Videos

We're just 23 days away until the tip of this years Nike Elite Youth Basketball League.  With stops in Hampton (VA), Dallas (TX), Los Angeles (CA), and North Augusta (GA), it's a great opportunity to evaluate North America's top prospects as they battle head to head under the bright lights.  For us at Flagrant Fouls, there's no bigger stage and few better settings to see where some of our marquee Canadian talent stacks up vs. the best of the best.  The EYBL is attended by all of North America's top scouting services, and is an integral stop for player identification and selection to high profile camps and all-star games.  This years McDonald's All-American rosters feature 15 players who participated in last springs inaugural EYBL.  In many cases their performance in these events are what cemented their selection.

This spring, CIA Bounce/Team Takeover Canada will compete in the EYBL for the first time.  "It's big for our program and big for Canada" says head coach Michael George.  "Anytime you get to step between the lines and play against the best kids in the world, it's an exciting opportunity for our guys.  We plan on representing the Nike Brand with class, and proving that with the talent we've got from top to bottom we can play with any program in North America."
